Almas Tower, which is also known as Diamond Tower, will be one of the commercial towers being developed in the Jumeirah Lake Towers development, which is located between interchange 5 and 6 on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Jumeirah Islands.
Almas Tower is a 360 meter (1,181 feet) 63-storey freehold tower that will be the tallest tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers development. It will be located on an island in the center of the Jumeirah Lake and was designed by Atkins Middle East. It will be exclusive to Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) business members who deal in the gold, diamond, energy and commodities industries. It will also house the Dubai Diamond Exchange and offer businesses a 100% ownership as a free zone company
