I’ve just come from this hotel this morning where I stayed for 10 days (all inclusive).
The view and the rooms are spectacular, I have nothing to say at this aspect. The house keeping service too. But I have to say a lot regarding the staff, especially the waiters of the restaurant and the BBQ bar. They were very impolite. Whenever we asked for a drink it would come almost when we had finished eating. The waiters didn’t care if you were waiting for a long time and used to answer in an impolite manner even shouting at you. Further more you couldn’t communicate with the staff because they didn’t understand you. Poor quality of english language. Every time when we finished a meal we used to get out angry (always) because of the waiters. The meals were almost the same everyday and had a little opportunity to choose what to eat. Every day the same things to eat. There was always a cue at the front door of the restaurant. Once, we had to go to a tour and were obliged to have breakfast at 6.20 am, but the staff didn’t allow us to get in saying that the restaurant opened at 6.30 while in the brochures that we had it was written that it opened at 6. 00. We informed even the reception for this inconvenience(because there was nobody where you could turn to).
BBQ Bar: The drinks were served in glasses not too clean. During lunch time we used to wait even 1 hour to get our food served. This was really irritating because we were there not to stay at our tables waiting for the food to come.
Shuttle Bus: It was said that there were buses to bring you to the beach every 20 minutes, but we had to wait more than 30 minutes for the bus to come under the sun and when finally it used to arrive there would be a terrible cue.
Hope you can take in consideration my review, because at the reception I didn’t have the opportunity to write one, because I wasn’t offered one.
